Lorelle's Limo Ride:)

Lorelle raised over $100 for the Harrison Elementary School Walk-A-Thon Fundraiser and earned a ride in a limousine to Culver's for ice cream:) She walked the neighborhood, asking for donations and did so TOTALLY on her own. GREAT job Lorelle!!!

Visit with my Granny...

In May I went with my Dad, his girl friend Amy and also Lorelle to spend a weekend with my Granny.  Unfortunately, she is not in very good health.  I sure do wish she lived closer so that I could visit with her more often.  I am thankful for the time I got to share with her though.  She is now in a nursing home and I am not sure how soon or if she will be able to go back home:( "Please Lord, be with my Granny and her husband Don." Amen...

Leytan's Science Fair Project...

 May 11th was the 6th Grade Science Fair at Harrison Elementary... GREAT job Leytan!!!

Liam's Gotcha Day!!!

On May 9th we celebrated 5 years with our Liam Daniel Shuangke!!! We have finally made it to what I call the "even point"...he was 5 years without us in China and NOW 5 years WITH us:)  Praising the Lord for this special boy!!!

Liam is 10 years old!!!

Liam turned 10 years old on May 16th. It is hard to believe that my little Liam is now in the double digits...REALLY?!? He is one funny, full of personality, sweet and lovable cool dude:) He wanted to try having his birthday party at Paige's Crossing again this year...we had it scheduled for there last year and it got rained out:( It turned out to be a nice sunny day and he enjoyed all the fun activities with all or his friends and family. Good times!!

Liam told me he didn't care what kind of cake he had...only that is said "Liam is BEAST!"

Lilyan is 9 years old!!!

May 4th was Lilyan's special day:) Once again she chose to NOT have a birthday party but to instead take a "personal day" from school to spend the day shopping.  She chose to bring her favorite person in the whole world this year...her Grandma Linda:) The three of us had a GREAT day in Ft. Wayne hanging out, shopping and eating. Lilyan is growing and changing so very much. LOVE my Lily Bug!!!

Spring Sports...

Landan and Leytan kept us busy this Spring with track and Levi with soccer.  Landan and Leytan both had amazing seasons.  Landan WON the 400 at the Conference Meet and Leytan WON the shot put in the City Meet!! Leytan also placed 2nd in the 100 at the City Meet:) Levi's soccer team had a great time and made lots of progress from the beginning of the season. Levi still enjoys playing defense the most;)
